Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is one the most useful personality indicator tools in use today. Some 5 million people take the indicator each year and it has been around since the 1940s. We use MBTI extensively and have many years practical experience of assisting individuals and teams make significant improvements through its use.

The sixteen different personality types have strengths and areas for development. By helping leaders understand their type we can assist them in enhancing their leadership. MBTI can help leaders communicate more effectively; support their staff through organisational changes and improve results

Team Development

MBTI is a highly effective tool for helping teams build trust and increase effectiveness. Behaviour profiling provides a method of describing and understanding individual team members. MBTI is an excellent for this and allows team members to open up in a safe way.

We have developed a number of team events based around the use of MBTI.

In all of our programs we use a strong element of fun - no more so than out MBTI Team Olympics. This is a fun, packed day suitable for larger teams.
