This is one of our most popular team events. It requires great teamwork to develop an idea for a "team movie"; write the script; choose locations; film and edit the movie.

This all happens in one day. We provide the equipment: cameras, editing software, music - all to create a unique work of art.

Whilst the emphasis is firmly on fun, the process of developing the movie takes the team through the important stages of:

• Planning
• Doing
• Reflecting
• Acting

In our experience, different teams have different strengths in each of these four areas. Some teams are quick to act and do little or no planning, or they may be so good at planning, the struggle to do.

Our skilled team developers observe the team dynamics and constructively feedback and challenge the team to look at developing and harnessing key strengths, whilst helping the team to spot weak areas and build into how they operate.

Each team completes the film and has a great reminder of what working in a team is all about - collaboration.

Other Team Events

We run a number of team events for large and small groups. These include:

• In the Movies - teams have to develop a short film (one of our most popular team events)
• Treasure Hunt with a difference
• The Creativity Challenge - a mix of games that challenge teams to solve problems. It can be run with small and large groups.
• Survival - An overnight and day event where teams learn the techniques of bushcraft to survive a night outdoors.
