Consider each of the attributes of success and how satisfied you currently feel (expressed in percentage terms). Gauge this against the level you would then like to change. Ask yourself by how much you would like to change you current satisfaction level is it by 5%, 25% or 50% - the level can be anything you would like it be. The next step is to develop an action plan to either maintain your current level or to improve it. Write out ideas that will help you raise-up your average. Finally make a personal commitment to yourself and sign and date the plan.

What do each of the dimensions mean?

Peace of Mind

Peace of mind means - Stress free, minimal worries, calm, restful, sufficient sleep. Relaxing for 15 mintes per day will do wonders to your peace.

Health & Energy

Wouldn't it be good to have the energy of a child? Come home from work and not veg in front of the television? This dimension is about taking sufficient exercise, again 15 minutes per day.

Meaningful & Loving Relationships

If we haven't been dealing with the first two - this dimension usually suffers. How proactive are you in your relationship? What steps do you need to take to repair or enhance a relationship? Taking action will no doubt improve the first two dimensions.

Making a positive difference

Everyone I have had the pleasure of working with has wanted to make a positive difference to others and the planet. This may be in how you live your life or in the work you do. You have choices, how do you exercise them?

Purpose and Goals

What is your unique purpose in life and what goals do you have to translate this dream into reality? Research suggests that as few as 5% of the populatin set personal goals for their life. Joining them is likley to give you an advantage.

Enjoyable Work

Stuck with a job you hate? Do you see yourself as self-employed or an employee - you have a choice. Can you maximise your current role or what job would you love to do? Start planning...

Financial Freedom

Are you worry free when it comes to money? How do you plan your finances? Have you sorted out a pension? Being proactive will start to reduce the burden of financial pressure. It's not about the size of a bank balance, but how money enables or disables you.
