One of best tools to help with Team Development is Team Climate Surveys. We typically use Climate Surveys at the start of an intervention with a team. This allows the team to measure progress.

The above dimensions are supplimented by open ended questions that provide insight into the issues. The survey is conducted via the internet and therefore allows for access for team members and easy administration.
