Leadership matters. The Industrial Society, having questioned hundreds of leaders and their people identified the top 5 things a leader needs to do:

  1. Deal effectively with breaches to standards of behaviour
  2. Not taking personal credit for other people’s work
  3. Listen to staff

  5. Being honest and truthful

Our programs are designed to ensure that leaders are able to deal effectively with their people - both:

  • Positively - rewarding good work, listening and acting on ideas, being empathetic to their needs
  • Managing poor performace - be this not doing what is expected, disciplinary or coaching to raise performance
