Bronze Package (£2,500)
The bonze package is designed
around a two day team session (this can be two separate day
sessions) where the team takes part in a series of fun team

The session is written
up and presented back to the team leader with observations
on the outcome of the session and how this might be tackled.
With the bronze package, the team climate survey is repeated,
six months after the team session to assess progress, follow-up
on commitments and identify next steps for the team.

Silver Package (£4,000)
The silver package builds
on the Bronze. The additional items included in this package

- Clear focus on results
- Ensuring team is making
progress on their agreed commitments
Gold Package (£7,500)
The gold package provides
a full range of team development activities that will see
any team move towards high performance. Additional activities
to those above, include:
- Quarterly Team Survey
- Coaching for team members
- Core team skills training
(upto 5 days)
- 360 degree feedback
for each team member
The benefits of the gold
package are:
